Investment
In the general terms, investment takes the totally different type of meaning in the finance and in the economics. In economics, it refers to the real investment as well as in finance, it refers to the financial asset like money which is put into the bank or the market.
Generally the investments are made through the 'intermediaries' like insurance companies, pension funds, mutual funds and collective investment scheme. Especially, it also takes the various types of investments such as economics, finance, business management, personal finance, real estate and commercial real estate. All these types of investments are discussed below:
Finance
In the finance, the investment is buying through the securities or the paper assets in the capital market or a money market or in fairly the liquid type of real assets like real estate and gold. Financial investments also take the different types of shares such as bonds and other equity investment.
Real estate
In the real estate, the investment is related to the money type which is used to purchase the some kind of properties for the sole purpose of holding. Normally, the sender is called a vendor and the purchaser is called a buyer.
Commercial real estate
Generally, it is the owing type of the very small building or a large warehouse company rents from, that's why it can conduct as a business.
Business management
The business management is one of the investment decisions where the managers are determining the assets and these assets may be intangible, physical and financial.
Economics
In the economics, the investment is the production type of per unit time of goods which are generally used for the future production but not to be consumed. Examples of economics are intangibles such as year of schooling and tangible like building.
Personal finance
In the personal finance, money is used to purchase the some kind of shares, which is used to buy the any type of assets or to put in the collective investment scheme.
Investment is a term which means to use the money in the hope of making more money. The most common example of the real estate are like an individually type of owning multiple pieces of the real estate which one is primary residence and the other one is occupied by the tenants from where the rental income accrues. Even the tax implications generally separate from the residential real estates and the real estate investment. The residential type of investment generally goes to the purchase of homes.
