An apartment is a self contained type of housing unit which basically occupies only the part of building. Generally, the apartments may consists in two parts that is rented or owned. The word apartment is generally used to refer the new purpose type of built in a self contained where as the word flat is generally converted a self contained unit in an older building.
Especially, the apartments can be classified in the several ways. Several kinds of apartments usually consists into the large rooms such as dinning, bedroom combined and living as well as the kitchen facilities are also there. In the apartments, there are one bedroom, two bedroom, etc but the one bedroom apartment is totally separate from the rest of the apartment.
The large apartments generally provides the two entrances from the front and the back where as the small apartments provides you only one entrance as well as they are also available for the rent but it is depending on the location and overall it is furnished with the furniture or may be unfurnished where the tenants generally moves with the own furniture.
Flats
Flat is an existing type of cottage and small house which has been created a new basement floor housing of a separate apartment and then set down again, thus we can say it is becoming a modest of two story flat and it is basically a mixed type used for the residential, industrial and entertainment.
